Real firms, real automations, real results.
A running record of the systems CubeYogi has built for clients — how each firm operated before, what we automated, and what changed once it shipped.
Client automation case studies.
Each case study walks through the problem, the build, and the measurable outcome — start with our work for a Glendale immigration and human-rights practice below.

Client intake, put on autopilot — without losing the human touch.
Shan Potts Law Offices is a Glendale, California immigration, criminal defense, and post-conviction relief practice built on a "client first" ideology. As the caseload grew, three phone lines and a daily flood of mail were being triaged entirely by hand. There was no coverage after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays, and urgent cases had no fast lane to reach the right person. CubeYogi rebuilt intake as two connected automations, one for calls and one for case mail, both running natively inside the firm's existing Microsoft 365 stack. Calls are now routed by caller intent and language in real time, and every incoming document is read, classified, and assigned before a human ever opens it. Deadlines inside a seven-day window escalate straight to a named supervisor instead of sitting in a shared inbox. The result is a practice that never fully closes, with staff spending their time on casework instead of triage.
